No more guessing

Most nutrition advice is a guess. This is not.

Plenty of coaches can hand you a meal plan. Very few are credentialed to look at what is actually happening inside your body first.

Bloodwork, ordered and read

As a registered dietitian, Kenzie can order your labs, interpret them, and build your nutrition around what they show. Hormones, metabolic markers, micronutrient status and gut health.

Continuous glucose monitoring

A CGM shows how your body responds to food in real time, instead of guessing from a generic plan. It does not mean you are unhealthy. It means you are curious.

Actual strength coaching

Not a PDF. Progressive programming, real form feedback, and training that works around hormones, injuries, pregnancy and a full calendar.

The approach

The goal is not discipline for 30 days. It is alignment for 30 years.

If a nutrition plan only works for a challenge, a detox, a wedding or a vacation, it is a phase, not a lifestyle. Real health looks like eating in a way you can maintain: enough protein, enough fiber, steady blood sugar, and food you genuinely enjoy.

Your body does not recognize foods as good or bad. It recognizes nutrients. Nothing here is about restriction, and no meal has to be perfect.

What clients say

Sozo works with clients from their twenties to their seventies, across nutrition, strength, pregnancy and gut health.

Before working with her, I didn't truly understand what it meant to fuel my body. Kenzie changed that. She taught me how to eat nourishing, satisfying foods without ever feeling like I'm on a diet.

Nutrition coaching client, Denver

I had gut issues that interfered with my training. After a careful assessment and bloodwork, she developed a thorough step by step plan. Within just a few weeks I noticed enormous improvement in my energy at work and in my training.

Nutrition and performance client, age 70

As someone navigating my postpartum journey, her extensive prenatal experience truly sets her apart. She holds me accountable for holistic progress, not just physical gains.

Meet Kenzie

A clinician who lifts

Kenzie earned her dietetics degree from Indiana University and worked as a clinical dietitian at Riley Children's Hospital before starting her own practice in Denver. She is a registered dietitian, a NASM certified personal trainer, and a certified prenatal and postnatal fitness specialist.

Sozo is a Greek word meaning to save, heal and make whole. That is where the name and the tagline come from, and it is the heart behind how she coaches.

Nutrition counseling may be covered by your insurance

Kenzie also sees nutrition clients through Fay, which bills insurance directly. Many plans cover nutrition counseling at little or no cost, but coverage and copays vary by plan, so it is worth checking yours before you assume either way.

No cost, no commitment, and no medical details needed. You will leave with a clear idea of what would actually help, whether that is with Sozo or not.
